Autel IM608 II Program 2015 Iveco Daily All Keys Lost on Bench

Today I'm gonna program 2015 Iveco Daily all keys lost with Autel MaxiIM IM608 II Key Programmer. I couldn't connect the BCM via OBD even though I've found its security card. So I should remove BCM to read EEPROM.

Tools Required

LISHI SIP22 2-in-1 Auto Pick

Xhorse Dolphin XP005

Autel IM608 II + XP400 Pro

APB129 EEPROM Adapter

Iveco BCM

Step1. Cut Key

Use LISH Auto Pick to decode the door lock, then cut the key with Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine.

All key lost >> Iveco >> Enter key code: DE08545 >> OK >> Cut key

Step2. Program Key

Remove BCM from the vehicle. The EEPROM SSOP is 95640.

Install the APB129 adapter onto XP400Pro, and place a new key.

Programmer >> Accept >> Write key via dump >> OK >> Europe >> Iveco >> Daily >> 2012- (95640) >> One-touch processing

Check:

1. If the programmer is connected correctly.

2. If the chip is connected correctly.

3. If the key is placed correctly.

4. If the selected menu corresponds to the chip and key.

Press "OK".

Save data file success.

Select a key: Key3 >> Make key

Save the newly generated file.

The operation is completed and the key is ready for use.

Reinstall the BCM back to vehicle to have a try.

The key can start the engine and the remote work.

Done.
