(Solution) XP400Pro Prompts "The programmer is disconnected" error

Customer Problem: I connect my XP400 Pro to the tablet, the green light is on, then I click the programming software in the main menu to enter, but the error "The programmer is disconnected" appears, what's the problem? How to fix it?

Solution: Try XP400Pro to connect PC software and check if it works. If you still get the same error, you need to contact your reseller for repair.
