VVDI Key Tool Max + Autel IM508 Generate Suzuki Ciaz 2019 Chip 47

Today I wanna use the Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max to generate a remote, use Autel MaxiIM IM508 to program a chip 47 433MHz key for Suzuki Ciaz 2019.

Generate Remote With VVDI Key Tool Max

Vehicle remote >> Suzuki >> Ciaz >> Suzuki_white 16-CIAZ ID47 433 1386

Put the remote key into the VVDI Key Tool Max coil, press “Generate remote”.

Wait until 100%...

Burn success, press “Complete” to finish.

Program Key With Autel IM508

Connect Autel IM508 with OBD2 port of Suzuki, turn on ignition swift.

IMMO >> VIN >> Auto detect >> Manual selection >> Other >> Ciaz

Immobilizer(CAN/KWP) >> Type 1 >> Immobilizer remote control learning >> Switch Hazard ON, press “OK”

Turn the switch on, press “OK”.

Press “Key Learning”, which means all keys will be deleted, they cannot be used unless been learned again.

OK >> Yes

Follow the guidance to turn on ignition with key, press “OK”

1 key is learning complete, press “Yes” to continue next one.

Turn on ignition with next key, press “OK”.

2 keys are learning complete, press “NO” to finish.

Learning completed.

Let me test the keys, both are OK, generating and programming are successful.

This is using VVDI Key Tool Max and Autel IM508 key programmer to make chip47 keys for Suzuki Ciaz 2019. They are amazing tools for locksmiths.
